Head of Design

Global Screening Services / GSS (2022-Present)

Creation and oversight of all design output across the business. Development and build of the brand, creation of online content across the new website and on social channels. Core projects include marketing videos, brochureware/reports, social assets, pitch documents, exhibitions, office signage and branding. Working closely with Head of Marketing to push the brand forward and grow the business. Key relationships with team leads to maintain visual brand consistency. Implementation of design best practices from development of the website to creating design templates to showcase key marketing collateral. Managing external design contractors, while maintaining a tight budget.

Senior Graphic Designer

Marsh & JLT (2014-2022)

Senior role within the Creative Design Team at Marsh. Working on all aspects of design, across all areas of the business. Taking the lead role in the 2020 global rebrand. Main duties included high-end mixed output campaigns, digital material including video/animation, web elements, and social media content. Presenting to key stakeholders on a regular basis. Managing two Junior Designers, and freelance contractors when required.
